What is customer - questions & answers?

Customer - Questions & Answers is a feature that gives you the opportunity to exchange questions and answers about products with other customers and sellers. You can ask questions here or use your own knowledge to answer other customers' questions.

What should i ask?

Questions should be specific to the product. This is a great opportunity to get feedback from other customers who have had previous experiences with this product. Therefore, ask questions that can take up these experiences. For example:

  • Does this camera take good pictures in low light?
  • How long does the battery last on this laptop while watching movies?
  • Does this computer have loud fans?

What shouldn't I ask?

All posts must be either a question or an answer to a question. In addition, we reserve the right to remove questions / answers that contain the following topics:

  • Shipping or delivery
  • Product availability
  • Order-specific information
  • Customer service
  • Material that does not meet our community guidelines

How do I ask a question?

To ask a question, please scroll down to the "Customer Questions & Answers" feature on the item's product page. You can enter your question in the text field and then click on "Questions" to submit it.

How do I answer a question?

You can answer questions directly within the "Customer Questions & Answers" feature on the product page by clicking "Answer this question". To answer more questions, click on “View all questions” and sort the web page by “Only unanswered questions”. This means that you will only be shown questions about this product that have not yet received an answer.
