Entry and residence regulations
German citizens require a passport that is valid for at least 6 months to enter Singapore, but no visa for a stay of up to 90 days.
The “SG Arrival Card” e-Service enables foreign visitors who are traveling to Singapore by plane, among other things, to submit an electronic immigration card up to 14 days before their planned arrival.
You can register at the following link: https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard
The “SG Arrival Card” can also be downloaded as an app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The service is free.
Visitors who do not use the electronic entry card must fill out the white entry card as before; The long-term goal is the complete abolition of the white immigration card by 2021.
For an extension of the residence permit as well as for special residence permits such as Professional Visit Pass (for short business stays), Long Term Social Visit (for family visits) or Student’s Pass / Training Pass, please contact the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA):
