2. Are there enough tickets available?

According to the Corona Protection Ordinance, the number of people on the exhibition grounds is limited. We recommend that you buy your ticket early. And don't worry: in the event of a cancellation, we will refund you the full ticket price.

5. How can I buy tickets for EQUITANA?

Entry only with a day-dated e-ticket - no box office. Ticket purchase via our online shop www.equitana.com/tickets and via Ticketmaster www.ticketmaster.de (keyword EQUITANA). In addition, tickets can be ordered by telephone via the ticket hotline +49 (0) 1806 999 000 250 * (* EUR 0.20 / connection from a German landline / max. EUR 0.60 / connection from a German mobile network). These tickets are also sent by email.

6. When can the ticket hotline be reached?

Monday to Friday as well as on weekends and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

7. How expensive are the tickets?

The current prices can be found here. The sooner you buy, the more you can save. And don't worry: in the event of a cancellation, we will refund you the full ticket price.

8. I want to buy tickets for several days, what do I have to do?

You can buy tickets for three consecutive days in the shop. You select a day and in the further ordering process you will also be offered the day before and after. A separate order must be placed for the selection of additional days. There are no additional costs (e-ticket dispatch).

9. Which data do I have to provide when buying a ticket?

According to the current Corona Protection Ordinance, contact tracking is necessary. As before, at Ticketmaster you also create a customer account in order to be able to buy EQUITANA tickets. In addition, you will be asked at a later point in time to register separately for EQUITANA with your contact details. Without prior registration, your ticket is not valid on the day of the event and you will not be admitted.

12. I want to redeem a voucher, what do I have to do?

The voucher must be redeemed in advance in the online shop. Please check whether you have a code that starts with A or B and select the appropriate option. You will then be shown the days available. Select a day, enter the e-code and receive your free day ticket for EQUITANA by email. The voucher is only valid for the trade fair. There are no vouchers for the shows.
