ICF certification for personal and business coaching

The International Coach Federation (ICF) plays a crucial role in the certification of coach training. This ensures that you receive one of the best coaching training in the world. An ICF certification is essential for your success as a professional coach - whether as a personal, business or executive coach.

By regulating standards, skills and core competencies for coach training, the ICF ensures that all coaches are experienced, reliable and professional and that they adhere to a strict ethical code.

As a certified coach training program (ACTP), The Art & Science of Coaching meets all training standards and practical requirements and supports you throughout the ICF application and certification process.

Erickson College has gone through the rigorous certification process of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is one of the few select institutions that has managed to achieve the impressive level of Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). Certified programs are continuously monitored and evaluated in order to ensure the highest quality in terms of content, core competencies, faculty, structure, professionalism and ethical standards of coach training.
